Detective Mystery
A detective mystery from one manifest: search painted rooms for clues, question the people in them, think it through in a notebook, and name the culprit. Looking at a thing that is a clue writes it into the notebook; asking someone about a clue or another person, or showing them a clue, gets their answer in their own voice, and a good answer is a new clue. On the notebook's board two entries that tell more together make a deduction, and the accusation wins only with the culprit and all the proof: without the proof it is not yet a case, and anyone else is the wrong suspect. Everything is drawn from a library of 412 glyphs on painted backdrops, with the detective and the suspects as painted figures. The solver proves the case can be closed, and adventure.info gives the shortest investigation, which the kiosk plays by itself. Three layouts: investigation (icon verbs), one click and kiosk. Ships empty on purpose.
