House Design & Plot Compliance

Model a house on a real plot and check it against the plot's restrictions as you go. Enter the zoning envelope in the left panel — frontage and depth (or paste an irregular boundary), front/side/rear setbacks, max site coverage, floor area ratio, max height and storeys, minimum open space and rear yard, parking, and per-room minimum sizes. Then describe the house you want and let the assistant model it: houseplan.addStorey takes an exterior outline per floor and houseplan.addRoom takes room polygons, and the plate derives the sketch profiles and extrude recipes for you, so walls, floors and massing appear without anyone composing an extrude graph. Wall thickness emits the outline plus its inward offset as two loops, which nest by the even-odd rule into a real wall ring rather than solid massing. The buildable envelope is drawn as a translucent prism, built by clipping the plot boundary against each edge's inward-offset setback line — the same computation that decides the verdict, so the picture and the answer can never disagree. Every rule reports separately with the actual against the limit and a sentence saying what is wrong, and a limit you have not entered reports as not-set rather than as a pass. All lengths are metres and all areas square metres; the units switch changes only what is displayed. Three ways in for the boundary: type it, trace it as a closed polyline over an imported DXF/PDF/image site plan, or give lon/lat corners and let crs project them. Ships empty — enter your own plot.
