FPS Level Designer

A plan-view editor for drawing a shooter level by hand. To build a playable level from a description, use fps-arena instead: there a level is one manifest (a room, cover kits and entities placed by name) and the plate draws it. Here, sketch the plan on the ground with lines, rectangles and arcs, then extrude it into walls — an outer outline plus an inner one becomes a hollow shell in a single step, which is four walls and a floor plan. Cut doorways by subtracting a box, scatter crates and pillars from a seeded generator so every player sees the same arena, and click to place spawn points, turrets, targets, pickups and an exit. Trigger volumes wired to actions make a trap without code. Nothing here is a file format: the finished level is a state patch — the sketch as build recipes, the solids, the entities, the volumes and the rules — so it travels to the FPS Arena plate, publishes as a link, and can be written by an agent that never opens a browser. Measure as you go and keep everything in metres; the arena reads the same units.
