Milling
CNC milling cost-analysis plate for CAD B-Rep models. Drop a native .brep, .step/.stp, or .iges/.igs file — the brep plugin preserves per-face topology, and the milling plugin walks each B-rep face to classify geometric cost drivers (holes, bosses, pockets, fillets, chamfers, planar face-milling, freeform surfacing). Combines feature counts, stock volume, material machinability and machine hourly rate into a first-order manufacturability quote with per-feature breakdown and CSV export. The same analysis prints as a PDF manufacturability report: the part as analysed, material and machine, the stock the part comes out of, a schedule of every classified face with its diameter and depth, and an auditable quote showing the rate applied to each line and where that rate came from. In the scan-to-design workflow an inspection of the machined part reports back here: its deviation figures arrive as a row of metric cards.
Supported file formats: BREP, BRP, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS
