Drop a structure and read it: PDB, mmCIF, SDF, MOL or XYZ, straight from the RCSB or your own docking run. Atoms and bonds render as ball-and-stick, space-filling CPK, wireframe or a C-alpha cartoon per chain, coloured by element, chain or residue, with bonds inferred from covalent radii when the file does not list them. Add a Gaussian solvent-accessible envelope or an electron-density approximation over the top — both are polygonised by marching cubes from a sparse grid, so they cost only what the atoms occupy. Measure distances between atoms, pin markers on a binding site, and share the result as a link that needs no login or plugin. Everything renders as two instanced meshes, so a protein stays interactive. The parsed structure is the saved content, so a track reloads exactly. Note that a .xyz is disambiguated by content: an atom count and element rows load here, while plain numeric rows load as a point cloud.
